Even without paying for premium the features are incredibly robust and helpful without too many distracting bells and whistles. I like minimalist apps with a clear and simple purpose that is excellently executed, and this is that! I pay for premium mainly because it’s really cheap and I want this company to keep making great apps! It’s completely replaced my regular calendar. The only ways I would ask the creators to add further improvements is: - Apple Watch app - I would love to be able to view my to dos and check them off from my Apple Watch - collaborate - I got my sister hooked on this app too and would love to be able set collaborators on specific tasks/events if they are shared with someone else who also has the app - data and trends for habits, reoccurring tasks - Home Screen widget view ### 4/5 — Wish it had a widget :( *2025-06-05, version 3.5* I was using this for a while and really enjoy it, I even got the yearly subscription but have ended up floating back to my old app because the widget is convenient and helps me remember tasks better ### 4/5 — Nearly perfect - one feature needed *2024-11-12* I really appreciate the simplicity of this. Most other apps if you want to organize a task you have to go through several clicks. Just being able to highlight the task with a swipe, or cross it out, is both intuitive and time-saving. As someone with adhd, less steps to getting something done is as helpful as it gets. Except there is one thing I would like to see remedied — if a task remains unfinished you aren’t prompted to move it to another date. For most people just seeing the counter badge may be enough to remember they have unfinished tasks. Someone with ADHD may avoid the app because of that badge number (which you can turn off) and a week could go by without completing the tasks. So what happens when they finally decide to open Listberry the following week? They have to go back and search for the unfinished tasks. Again, not a problem for many people, but someone with ADHD or executive functioning difficulties would benefit from direct prompting. ### 5/5 — couldn’t unlock premium *2024-02-25, version 3.5* Hi! Simplicity itself. ### 5/5 — Exactly What I Needed *2023-12-07, version 3.5* I was looking for an app that would solve my problem of having a myriad of paper lists that never quite functioned how I needed them to, and this app does exactly that! As a homemaker my tasks, ideas, and things I want to get done aren’t always deadline specific so this app allows me to brain dump task that may apply to a certain week, or brainstorm things I want to achieve over the month; and then, the advantage of technology over paper, is that with the tap of the screen you can delete the task, complete the task, or schedule it to a specific date. It takes the aesthetics of paper task lists and merges it with technological grace. Bravo! And thank you!! ### 5/5 — The Perfect Planner! *2023-10-14, version 3.5* This is the PERFECT planner with simple (thank you) and very convenient design and use. Also - no ads or banners bumping out into your face. I’m so happy that I found it! The price for premium subscription is also very pleasant (thank you for that, too)🙏🏼 I’m using it every day now and it makes my days much more organised and productive. Feel the app could do with some updates ie dark mode, added themes, adding a start time does not seem to work. This app has hit the nail on its head for me! I have only been using Listberry for a couple of weeks, but it has proven to be so helpful and intuitive! I have not yet upgraded to the paid version, but I may end up doing so in the future. Although it looks nice, there are basic features it lacks. At this point they will likely never be added as this app has not been updated in 4years. You cannot reorganize tasks, look at your monthly over view, no widgets, etc. Don't waste your time, keep searching for a better app with developers who care about what they put out. ### 1/5 — I want to like it so bad *2024-11-09, version 3.5* Love this app but is it rage bait to add two emojis when repeating a task and adding notes? As a stay at home mom I absolutely have to be able to repeat tasks for things like chores, cooking ect… That “feature” completely ruined the app. Also I don’t understand how the “open app to month view” is a premium feature, not really necessary. $10.99 for the year isn’t bad but if someone buys during the year and not at the beginning then the price should be prorated. Anyway I love the highlight feature and the simple text and font is very cute! I love the straightforward week view that allows me to make simple lists for each day’s activities and appointments. This really can replace my small paper agenda planner. I want to give 5 stars but the subscription model of pricing is not appropriate. If the app is subscription priced, then they should be providing a monthly service or at least regular updates. The last update was 5 months ago... and the app lacks basic features such as dark mode... I don’t see why I should pay a monthly subscription when there are other apps that do so much more for a fixed one-time price and provide regular updates. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review and feedback! I also feel as if even for a minimalist app, features are lacking. For example, a dark mode for this app would be amazing and easy on the eyes at night when I am planning out my next days. Also, fonts and the ability to choose an accent color would also be enjoyable. Even with those two features mentioned above, I could not justify spending money on this app monthly. A one-time purchase option would be way better. ### 3/5 — Three things…and then some *2023-01-14, version 3.5* L1. No compatibility across devices 2. No si tasks 3. No ability to search for previous or future tasks. As a follow on.. I realize they are a “small group of developers “ but apparently they are not responding to the reviews. No across device support (I.e no login), No search functionality. No desktop support. No sub tasks- unless you call a section for notes, “subtasks”. I would gladly pay more. I will say the app is very professional and elegant which is what drew me to it. ### 3/5 — Can’t reorder list items? *2022-11-06* This app would be everything I ever needed. However, as far as I can tell there is no quick and easy way to reorder items? I have very complicated itineraries in here which I use as part of coping strategies for ADHD, OCD and other conditions I suffer from, and often need to reorder tasks as things change throughout the day. This seems like a pretty basic key feature. The only way seems to be to literally delete my way back to where I need to reorder from and retype the list, which is not practical when the list has 40 items on it with notes and formatting. Or, to set times for the various items. Which doesn’t even work for the monthly or weekly lists. There is also no way to move more than one item at a time. The Reminders app is the main tool I’ve been using in the past and it’s very simple to just drag and reorder items, or to indent multiple items and move them that way. The swipe gestures for marking items as completed in the app are also a little finicky. I’d be able to fully transition to this app if it had these features, but at the moment I can’t renew my subscription because they’re not present and it seems the devs haven’t updated the app in a while. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love this! *2026-03-25, version 3.5* OK I hate the obnoxiously overcomplicated calendar on Apple. I use Listberry as my prior calendar because in no way does it ever mix it up with the intertwined over complicated calendar. They always seemed to be too “fussy” and difficult to use or too basic. Listberry for me has the sweet spot between the functionality I need and ease of use. My only tiny constructive feedback: I wish we change the notification sound to something of our choice, or just have an option for something longer. Sometimes I miss the single short ping. Great app!
