ListingNest is a service by Starboard Realty with the goal of providing home buyers with access to the most up to date database of homes for sale. Our platform is designed to be easy to use, with features to help buyers get an accurate estimate of a property’s potential value and to easily make appointments to view properties. Our Potential Value estimator is a proprietary formula developed by Starboard Realty. Our automated valuation formula was developed after years of experience of valuing properties for short term investment purposes. The Potential Value estimate is designed to give you an idea of what the property could be worth if it were in its optimal condition (ARV = After Repaired Value). We go a step further by providing the comps used in determining potential value. From the comps listed, you are able to add and remove the Best Comps and adjust the Potential Value (ARV). Use our Remodel Budget feature to easily get an accurate estimate of a home remodel. Simply click through the remodel features you wish to get an estimate for and our calculator will provide you a reasonable estimate of what it may cost for your intended project. Unlike any other property search website, ListingNest gives you the opportunity to ask any questions or to make an appointment to view any property directly from the site.
