## What is Lístkomat?

Buy a public-transport ticket with a single SMS. No sign-up, no credit top-up, no internet needed.

Lístkomat remembers the phone numbers and ticket codes for SMS tickets in 10 Czech cities. Pick a ticket, the app pre-fills the SMS, you just hit Send — the ticket arrives right back and the price shows up on your phone bill.

WHY LÍSTKOMAT
• No registration, no account — open the app and buy
• No credit to top up — billed through your mobile operator
• Works without internet — an SMS signal is all it takes
• 10 cities in one app: Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Plzeň, Liberec, Olomouc, Ústí nad Labem, Hradec Králové, České Budějovice and Pardubice

NICE TOUCHES
• Based on your location, the app offers tickets for the city you're in (your location never leaves the device)
• Ticket-validity countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island (Live Activity)
• Live map of trams, buses and trolleybuses in Prague and Brno
• Optional visual themes

GOOD TO KNOW
• SMS tickets require a Czech SIM card (premium SMS billed by your Czech operator)
• Price lists update automatically; the last known prices also work offline

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.5 — 2026-10-01

• The live map opens faster — vehicle positions load ahead of time, and coming back to the map shows the last known ones straight away.
• City names, ticket notes and validity times are now in English too.
• A bolder app icon that fills its tile better.

### 2.4 — 2026-08-31

• The Brno live map works again — the city retired the previous data source without notice, so we moved to the new one.
• Prague metro lines now carry their own colours on the map — A green, B yellow, C red.
• The "Confirm now" button on a pending ticket responds to the first tap.
• The app now explains up front that buying a ticket requires a Czech operator's SIM.

### 2.3 — 2026-08-13

• The Brno live map now connects instantly — vehicles appear as soon as you open the city
• Lístkomat is now available on the App Store worldwide

### 2.2 — 2026-08-11

• Živá mapa Brna zase funguje – přešli jsme na nový zdroj dat (starý byl bez ohlášení vypnut) a polohy vozidel teď chodí plynuleji.
• Aplikace nově mluví i anglicky – řídí se jazykem vašeho zařízení.
• Spolehlivější živá mapa Prahy – opravili jsme zobrazování výpadků, zastaralé polohy některých vozidel a pár dalších drobností.

### 2.1 — 2026-07-18
