Fix notification bug for completed events

We fixed reminders that kept playing after a task was completed or deleted.
Now, notifications are canceled using the task's stable ID, preventing errors when the task has already been deleted.
Reminders are also canceled when archiving tasks from Inbox, Dashboard, and Details.
Deleting a project now cancels reminders for associated tasks.
Importing/replacing data clears pending notifications.
We adjusted the Today and Upcoming carousel to keep three tasks visible.
We added a minimum row height for the carousel.
We increased the carousel height so the "view all" link isn't lost when there are more tasks.

This update improves the reliability of iCloud syncing between iOS and macOS.
It also includes stability improvements and general bug fixes for a more consistent experience.
