But you constantly have to keep typing in the password because the fingerprint reader only give you once chance to sign in. So be ready to keep updating your password. ### 1/5 — Issues... *2019-10-27* I had lots of trouble te reset my password, and had to do many attempts, which was very unfortunate as I couldn't have access to my patients information while doing the week-end round. There has significant delay before I received e-mail to fix it. I think it should be improved. I am aware that data safety is important, but even if I set the closure of the session every few hours, I closed sooner, and this is annoying in some situation. The password asked are way to complicated to be user friendly. Furthermore, since the new iOS , there is more trouble logging and my colleague and I had some trouble with the password and had to reset it on many occasion. The link between face recognition isn't fluid enough from my point of view. I need to be more efficient.
