Now it's like am a new customer who has to start entering my details. It sends a code that never arrives. Therefore you can't make any headway. First Bank loves to frustrate and a new app is just a great new way to do so. Otherwise, why not upgrade. So all the information that customers fed in to ease their transactions are so totally lost?
