### 1/5 — No Real Coaching

*2026-03-14, version 4.00.06*

The coaching feature is an absolute joke. You take the the time to fill out the evaluation and then 1) never get a response and 2) can’t send a message to follow up.

### 3/5 — App needs serious improvement

*2026-03-06, version 4.00.06*

The app lacks basic common sense features. For example it is very difficult to find how to row in freestyle mode (free to use & no charge). The app is designed to force you to pay for a subscription for classes and so on. It also does not sync with Strava, which really needs to be added!!

All this said I love the rowing machine itself!! Highly recommend the hardware!!! I bought the add on to record distance rowed and that keeps me tied to this app, unfortunately. Sigh.

### 2/5 — Can’t see past weight details

*2025-11-18, version 4.00.06*

Good workouts but it’s crazy you can’t look at a detailed log to know what weight you last lifted do a particular exercise. You’re asked to track that level of detail but then there is no way for the user to view it. Come on, Lit - that’s BASIC FUNCTIONALITY for a lifting app.

### 1/5 — App out of service

*2025-11-17, version 4.00.06*

Can’t log in. Just spins. Can’t end subscription. Watch out. Lost a lot of money and can’t get a refund.

### 1/5 — Terrible customer service

*2025-11-15, version 4.00.06*

I got a trial of this app through a paid service and have not over two months been able to even open the app. The customer service is very poor and have asked me to provide my password via email for them to test their own app. Ultimately, I have no idea if they app so any good because they can’t even figure out the basics for logging in. Really disappointing.

### 4/5 — Love the workouts

*2025-11-11, version 4.00.06*

BUT the app behaves very erratically when switching between rest periods and exercises . At times the audio, the timer and the next sequent of rest and exercises are all jumbled up. I wish it behaved better as it takes my focus away from the workout yo fiddling with the app.

### 1/5 — Workouts are good, but can’t access them

*2025-11-11, version 4.00.06*

The workouts are good, but I’ve been having issues accessing my account across multiple devices. I’ve reached out for help many times, but received no proper help in fixing this issue. Very disappointing as I’ve subscribed for years and when I actually want to use it, I can’t.

### 1/5 — Can’t even log in

*2025-11-09, version 4.00.06*

Really buggy app. I got the free trial but I can’t even start using it because it won’t let me log in

### 3/5 — Glitchy, no reporting option

*2025-11-06, version 4.00.06*

There really needs to be a way to report problems with this app. First, a lot of the voice overs are wrong which is just annoying so I end up turning off the instructor sound altogether. Second, the app tends to freeze up when trying to submit/log your workout so you have to go back in and “workout” again to record it. Most recently, the date is a day off. For example, I just did a workout today (Wednesday) but it marked that it was done on Thursday (tomorrow), so that’s been extra annoying. Also, why is there an option to log your reps and weight if you can’t even go back to reference them later? Logging is totally pointless and it took me way too long to figure out. I’m giving the app 3 stars because the workout themselves are good, the app however is not.

### 1/5 — App is terrible

*2025-10-30, version 4.00.06*

Ready to row? Well I hope you have an additional 30 minutes before hand to get the app connected, cause it won’t work, then when it does it will not save your data. Do yourself a favor and do not tie yourself to this company!
