### 5/5 — So Very Succinct

*2025-08-28, version 1.1.3*

The Videobooks capture key ideas from the authors in just minutes, and the many camera angles and images are both engaging and illustrative. The additional speakers who give their real life examples also add value and depth. I’m already familiar with several of these books, and I am taking new things from watching them being presented in this format. The annual subscription provides very good value for the cost. I appreciate the iPhone app too, and the ability to download and watch offline.

### 4/5 — Great idea and content, app doesn’t work offline

*2025-08-26*

Love the app and the content is excellent, but offline access doesn’t really work. Even with videos downloaded, you still have to log in when you’re offline, which defeats the purpose. Fix that and this would be a perfect 5-star app.

### 5/5 — Creative product

*2025-01-17*

I have signed up a few days ago and I am already impressed with the creativity and quality of the app. I would like to see how the team handle more book in some challenging subjects like history. I wish LIT success in this growth, as I have truly enjoyed their product so far.

### 5/5 — How to talk to anyone

*2024-02-11*

This was a great video. I’m on my way to a conference and it came in really handy. I often find it hard to begin conversations and feel a little awkward in the ground. Now I have tools and tricks and tips, and I can immediately practice and feel more confident.

### 2/5 — Signing on the web

*2023-11-02, version 1.1.3*

Hi,

You have no option signing in on the web using apple ID’s. Kindly provide that option.

Thank you.

JB

### 3/5 — Needs a bigger selection

*2023-10-29*

I like the idea, but for the asking price, the selection available is too small. I understand there are new books every month, and that means the selection is growing, but currently as it stands, I feel this service is overpriced.
I do hope they continue to add to their selection. With the number of books available, I’d pay $60 annually, half of what they are asking… but again, that’s just my opinion… ymmv.

### 1/5 — ID issue

*2023-08-12, version 1.1.3*

I purchase my LIT subscription through Apple. 3 weeks later I got sign out from the app. I tried to sign in again but I can’t because Apple creates a “private relay” username for every subscription I purchase. I don’t know that relay password. I called Apple and they said they cannot help. Apple said to contact you and see if you guys can help with this issue. I paid good money for this app and now I can’t use it. I tried contacting your customer service but it’s only available through chat and they are not understanding my issue. The answer I got from your customer service was “we sent you an email to reply if you want your subscription cancel” ???? I would appreciated if anyone could offer real help with issue please.

### 5/5 — Listen and Learn

*2023-06-30, version 1.1.1*

Listened to and finished my first LIT video book, The Long Game by Dorie Clark. Loved the content and the app experience on my new iPhone. Up next: Radical Candor by Kim Scott.

### 1/5 — Not a great app

*2023-04-30*

It’s a so so app - worse when you lose your password since there seems to be no system in place for recovering it or resetting it. Videos are not terribly compelling.

### 5/5 — Game Changing Business and Life Hacks

*2023-04-23*

A great way to start learning to communicate and up your existing skills.

You won’t be sorry that you completed this book.
