## What is LiteBite?

LiteBite is the nutrition app for people who eat out.

Most trackers assume you cook everything. LiteBite starts from the opposite place: tell it what you feel like, and it finds real meals from real restaurants near you that fit your goal — with the macros, the price and a link to order.

WHAT YOU GET

Find food that fits
Open the app and the food near you is already sorted into shelves that mean something: high protein, under 600 kcal, lean and filling, low carb, vegan. Each one says the rule it used, so you know why a dish is on it. Or just ask — high protein under 600 calories, vegan near me, something at the place down the road. Every result shows calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus how much of your day it uses.

Log it by talking
"Two eggs and toast." "A pint after work." "I trained legs for 40 minutes." One chat logs food, drinks, workouts and supplements. Photograph a plate or scan a barcode if that's faster.

A coach, not a spreadsheet
Set the weight you're aiming for and LiteBite works out the rest: your daily calories, your macros, and a training week built around the days you can actually train. It adapts as you go — if recovery is poor, today gets lighter, and a week of missed workouts gets a one-tap offer to rebalance the plan instead of a guilt trip.

Know where you stand
One screen for what's left today. Eat over budget today, and tomorrow's target quietly adjusts to make room — a weekly calorie budget that absorbs a big night instead of writing off the week. Streaks and points you can only earn, never lose.

Built to be honest
Every price is labeled with where it came from. Macro confidence is shown as a percentage, never a fake "verified" badge. And we will not coach you below a healthy weight for your height — at any pace, for any reason.

ELITE
LiteBite is free to use: search, log, and a basic plan. Elite unlocks the full coaching engine: adaptive training, supplements, recovery and blood work. Every new account can claim a free month of Elite — no card, nothing renews — and invite friends to extend it. Monthly and annual plans are available after that, and the price for your country is shown before you confirm.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.1.6 — 2026-09-15

Your free month opens on the first tap. "Unlock free month" on any locked feature now shows the offer straight away instead of the purchase page, and it stays yours when you switch accounts on the same phone.

Invite a friend and you both gain: your code gives them 3 months of Elite, and once they have logged meals on 7 different days, a month is added to yours. Your code lives in My Hub → Invite friends, where the tile now lights up until you have shared it.

Supplements with no daily need — creatine, amino acids, a pre-workout — now sit on their own "This week" shelf: the days you took them under a Monday-to-Sunday header, and how many scoops or capsules you took today. Tap the line under a name to see what's in it: every ingredient for the units you took, with any vitamins it also carries counted in the grid above, and a pre-workout's caffeine added to your day's caffeine.

Locked tiles show the right button from the first screen, because the app now checks your free month before anything else. The restaurant-search bar is as compact as the chat field again.

### 2.1.3 — 2026-09-05

Send up to three photos in one message, with a caption. Enough for a supplement's front label and its ingredients panel together, or a menu too wide for a single shot — and when the photos look like different things, LiteBite asks instead of guessing.

Any message in the chat can now be selected and copied, exactly the way text works everywhere else on your phone.

Voice input waits longer while you think, marks the start and end of listening with a short tone, and recognises your own foods, supplements and exercises far more accurately.

Slow replies no longer claim you are offline. If a reply takes a while LiteBite says so, and a message that fails can be retried in place instead of retyped.

Point the camera at a restaurant bill or your Uber Eats order and LiteBite reads every item, estimates it, and logs the whole meal at once. Scan a supermarket barcode and get the numbers straight off the pack.

A short first-run tour now shows what the camera and the microphone can actually do — menus, bills, barcodes, supplements, plates, and logging a workout just by saying it.

Workout calories now take the weight you lifted into account, not just the sets and reps.

LiteBite now gives every new account a full free month of Elite coaching automatically — no trial, no card needed.

Have a code from a friend? Redeem it in My Hub → Invite friends, or from any upgrade screen, for extra free months. Your account gets its own code too — share it, and friends who use it get free time as well.

New here? Tap the floating button anywhere in the app to log a meal, a workout or a supplement — by chat or photo. LiteBite also finds real restaurant meals that fit your macros, and adjusts your plan automatically if a day runs over.
