## What is LiteBite?

LiteBite is the nutrition app for people who eat out.

Most trackers assume you cook everything. LiteBite starts from the opposite place: tell it what you feel like, and it finds real meals from real restaurants near you that fit your goal — with the macros, the price and a link to order.

WHAT YOU GET

Find food that fits
Search millions of restaurant meals by what your day actually has room for. High protein under 600 calories. Vegan near me. Something at the place down the road. Every result shows calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus how much of your day it uses.

Log it by talking
"Two eggs and toast." "A pint after work." "I trained legs for 40 minutes." One chat logs food, drinks, workouts and supplements. Photograph a plate or scan a barcode if that's faster.

A coach, not a spreadsheet
Set the weight you're aiming for and LiteBite works out the rest: your daily calories, your macros, and a training week built around the days you can actually train. It adapts as you go — if recovery is poor, today gets lighter.

Know where you stand
One screen for what's left today. A weekly calorie budget that absorbs a big night instead of writing off the week. Streaks and points you can only earn, never lose.

Built to be honest
Every price is labeled with where it came from. Macro confidence is shown as a percentage, never a fake "verified" badge. And we will not coach you below a healthy weight for your height — at any pace, for any reason.

ELITE
LiteBite is free to use: search, log, and a basic plan. Elite unlocks the full coaching engine: adaptive training, supplements, recovery and blood work. The monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial; an annual plan is also available, and the price for your country is shown before you confirm.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.8 — 2026-08-15

Sleep is here.

Your sleep now has its own place on the Body tab: last night at a glance, your average for the week, and a tap for the full chart. It reads straight from Apple Health — we never ask you to type it in, so there is only ever one version of the truth.

Steps got the same treatment. The panel now shows your week as a small chart right next to today's count, and it follows the day you have selected, so paging back a week moves the chart with it.

Also in this build:
• Your nutrition plan card now lines its days up properly, states each target once, and takes up half the room it used to.
• Milk coffees log as themselves. A cappuccino is no longer filed as "coffee" with five calories.
• Your activity history now shows up even when Apple Health has nothing to give — synced days are no longer blank.
• "Last night" no longer changes at midnight. A night belongs to the morning you wake up on, which is how you'd count it yourself.
• Editing your name now saves everywhere it appears.
• Smaller fixes to charts and layout throughout.
