I have proven in countless various ways that my account and funds are mine and the last step of this was a live video call with one of your “security department” on Friday at 2PM GMT I was led to believe that this was the final verification yet here we are a further 72 hours later and FREEWALLET has gone silent yet again and continue to withhold my access to my 40,000 dollars worth of LTC. At this point I have very little faith that this is a genuine process at all, I feel like I’m literally being laughed at behind the scenes and made to jump through hoops constantly whilst there really has been no sign that after my providing clear and undeniable verification that this process even holds any merit at all. This whole process has been extremely frustrating and difficult from day 1(months and months ago).
