My children can not log in, it keeps saying wrong username/ password. I have an annual subscription and their username/ password works just fine on the other app and online!

I love playing on this app but it would be better if it was in the LiteracyPlanet app. It is annoying to go here to play. Also is there an app for donkey dash? I couldn’t find one.
