Absolutely worthless. The dealer stopped using this app quite sometime ago, but doesn’t remove the app from the store.  Basically the dealer doesn’t do anything anymore to include answering the phone.

This “check in” process is ridiculous- you check in & are given one estimated time & then the wait time changes as the day progresses 
This is HORRIBLE customer service

My lithia dealer is in Nm and this is the only app that came up. I guess this app only works for the lithia in Alaska. You would figure all lithia dealers would be on same app.

The app description states "let your name wait for you" but this is not how this app works. I checked in when the wait time was shown as 200 minutes. About an hour later, the time changed to 176 minutes. After another hour, my "check in" was deleted by the app. When I called the service department to ask what had happened I was told that the app just tells to what the current wait time is, checking in doesn't put you in the waiting line, hold you a spot, nothing. It does nothing.

You can’t check your status on the app. I checked in at 6:35 am, and it told me I was checked in with a 152 minute wait. When I got out of the shower, it said I had a 354 minute wait. What the heck!?!  I checked the app a few more times and the time kept decreasing until about 10 am when it said the “waitlist is full” and to “try back tomorrow” like I wasn’t checked in any longer. I called, but got an answering machine, so I drove to Lithia and was told I was on their list with an estimated 160 minute wait. They had no idea why the app wasn’t showing me as checked in. So the app did get me onto the list at the shop, but I had no way to confirm that, nor know how long the estimated wait time was from the app.

Your app says you’re open at 0630. Arrived at dealer at 6:30 for oil check in but the gates were locked up tight and nobody here. Looks as if the start time is wrong. I was able to check in with the app, but this needs to change. Open the app at 6:30 to get in virtual line but show on the app the correct time the store opens.

A reservation system would be so much better. Some of us actually have a life and we can’t just jump when you say come and change your oil. Do it like any normal business? Does reservations system a specific time when we show up and have our oil change
