Seems much better than it actually is
In theory it offers a comprehensive health tracking support, but in practice workout orientation is sold as an add-od (managed directly with the coaches, not through Liti) and doctor’s appointments are very limited, so you’re really only getting a nutritionist.
The nutritionist could be worth the price in some rare cases, but there are two big problems:
1) the platform has preset menus that nutritionist can’t really edit so you get one preset model and the actual recommendation is on the comments. Bad UX
2) it’s 100% focused on weight loss. So if you are hoping to build muscle mass, this is not the place for you. They will say it is, but it is not
The digital scale is also something that is a big let down. If you stand on it twice, one after the other, you can get a body fat percentage that can vary up to 5pp. With seconds between the measures…
Lastly, it’s impossible to cancel. They will stall you on WhatsApp forever, try to make you pay absurd extra fees, but never really cancel it
