Would also be nice to be able to reset charge level manually to 100%. My desktop icon shows a notification but I am unable to locate in the app where or what it is or how to clear that notify. ### 2/5 — Parallel system *2026-07-29, version 2.9.0* I have two 12v minis in parallel, however, only one battery is the one the system draws from, the app only recognizes one battery and I can’t see the other as part of the system ### 3/5 — App *2026-07-25, version 2.9.0* There needs to be more info with the app. I would really appreciate the history of the battery through the week while I’m not there with the battery. ### 3/5 — Message/Alert *2026-07-23, version 2.9.0* App icon shows I have 1 message / alert. I looked at everything in the app. No messages or alerts. The trolling motor batteries last forever! Continually drops connection, struggle to get reconnected. Sometime turning Bluetooth off on the phone. I have to reconnect to the battery every time and when I do connect the info retrieval is very slow. I have not been able to log in because password recovery doesn’t work. ### 3/5 — Dual 12v 100 AH Smart TM *2026-06-06, version 2.8.0* App works OK, but very disappointed that you can’t see individual cell voltages! Had I known that I may have chose another manufacturer for my batteries. ### 2/5 — State of battery charge report reports old information. *2026-05-02, version 2.7.0* The app reports that is connected to the Bluetooth and actively reading the current state of charge. However, one has to disconnect it from Bluetooth and shut down Bluetooth on your phone wait a period of time then restart for it to show a current up-to-date state of charge. Do not believe the state of charge information unless you see it update after the shutdown restart procedure. This app stinks, but the battery is performing as expected. ### 2/5 — Very clunky *2026-04-08, version 2.5.0* The last several times I have logged in to the app, which is not very often I have had to login from scratch because every time an update is pushed it wipes out the login opening credentials. No other app on my phone does that ### 2/5 — Can not be trusted *2026-03-10, version 2.2.0* On first week of uses, the BLE was indicating 100% of charge but the voltage was low. The battery is part of a system backup of a sump pump. Today, i havé found the battery discharge. The charger is plug continuously but did not maintain the battery charges. I had to unplug and replug it to get it going. The app does not have notification for low voltage. The BLE iis encoded and I cannot be Read with other app. I will have to install a separate BLE to monitor the battery continuously. ### 3/5 — It works *2026-02-13, version 2.2.0* If you play clicky clicky, you can convince yourself that you are looking at current, but partial, data. A little more polish could create an easy to view, complete, accurate, believable overview. The biggest problem is that stale data is indistinguishable from current data. To refresh data requires multiple screens, lots of clicking, and multiple 8-second timeouts. Solution? - provide “last updated” timer on dashboard - provide “refresh” button on dashboard - provide missing info on dashboard - temperature - Instead of requiring 3 clicks on cursor icons (Balance, Cells, BMS) with one item per page, show all 3 items on a page and eliminate annoying clickey clickey. Better single glance situational awareness. ### 2/5 — Big bug *2026-01-22, version 2.2.0* Agree with prior reviews. Need to remove and reinstall my battery on app in order to get updated reading of battery status. Or, I would imagine, removing and reinstalling app would also provide updated status report. Exceedingly klutzy. Should not have to do this. Come on LiTime, get some decent programmers to fix this, please. UPDATE: Seems to be working fine now. At least 4 star rating now. Try to reset password and I don’t receive the emails. I know they have my email, they send spam daily. ### 1/5 — No support *2026-07-08, version 2.9.0* The app requires you to register your product to use several features of the app. The problem is you are supposed to get a code sent to your email to get registered. After 4 hours and 25 attempts, I never got a code. I checked my spam checked my security settings etc. you cannot access support in the app unless your registered, REALLY? Nice job on the app design! Finally 6 hours later I received a code that didn’t work because it had timed out. The email with the expired code had a contact support email, It’s been a day now with no response from the company. ### 1/5 — Garbage APP *2026-06-12, version 2.8.0* Every time you use this poc app you have to reset password why would you even have to enter a password. No sense calling their Cs # as they have zero idea how to help and continally ask for yet another email to which a person names Ramadan is never available to actually speak on the phone. I have been waiting for 4 days for them to issue me a RETURN label to send this back to apparently west virginia. They aais they cant send a replacement until my current one arrives at their facility. Well thats going to easily take 14 more days as they only use Regualr mail. That is all. All the extra nonsense these companies are putting into these apps is so infuriating. Knock it off. Ads in the way, distracting and taking up screen space. Internet login required. Why? To even change the settings you need to register online. No way to set up notifications. Does not work well on iPads, especially with newer iOS versions. It does work, but oh so clunky, needlessly flashy, and intrusive. And of course when updating the company just says “bug fixes” instead of anything useful. Seems to be very dependable and well built. Plus they have great customer service. To make it perfect, please add two features: 1. Individual cell voltage readings. 2. Also purchased the 14.6 20 amp converter to charge it. The charger is compact, but fan noise is a little high. It took 7 hours to fully charge to 100%. On that note, no detection of overheating of the charger unit, cables or the connectors. Ran a quick test after fully charging to see if it would properly charge my power station. It worked flawlessly. We have now doubled our wattage capacity, and the mini profile, makes it fit in our vans power compartment. ### 5/5 — Working Great *2025-10-21, version 1.6.3* Picked up 2 new LiTime LiFePO batteries, downloaded the app. Connected immediately with no issues at all. The HumsiENK batteries never worked and the app is horrible.
