In general, the application is below even a minimal effort. Litmos, feel free to reach out for constructive input - ~10 changes will get the app into “does the job” territory. Freezes up! Can’t access course content *2022-05-30, version 2.7.0* I hate this app. It wouldn’t let me access course content I paid for. So I lost my money spent on the course. I don’t know if there’s even a way of completing the course without this app which is strange to me! Don’t use this app if you want to keep your sanity! ### 2/5 — It’s frustrating *2022-03-08, version 2.6.0* I need to complete 5 modules before I can start my new job. 1 module while I have completed it, my certificate hasn’t been sent to me! which is frustrating considering I need that certificate to be able to work. Another module I need to complete, I’ve searched everywhere and I cannot find it! I have even typed the module’s name in the search bar and it says no results can be found. They claim modules can be completed within 40 minutes, but expect to spend up to an hour or more trying to complete the module, as it lags quite badly, it has even logged me out a number of times, because of how long it was taking it also caused the module to be locked on you as a result. It’s extremely frustrating, when you need to complete these modules before you can start your new job and you can’t. This happened last year, and I thought that by now they would have it fixed. My company makes us use this app, so I don’t even have a choice. Many wasted hours of watching the module, taking the test, only to have it not register that it was completed. This needs to be fixed now.
