Пишу отзыв, т.к на сообщения в техподдержку реагируют отпиской. Я уже писала, что нет кнопки «корзина» в приложении, что максимально неудобно, приходится заходить на сайт, и добавлять там. И с мая появилась проблема, что не на всех книгах, на сайте, есть данная кнопка, до сих пор эта проблема не решена. Поддержка даже не читает полностью сообщения, отвечая: «К сожалению, в приложении Корзины нет. Оплата проходит за одну книгу. Чтобы добавить несколько книг в Корзину, необходимо перейти на сайт Литрес, в полную версию». В мае мы дошли до того, что мне предложили скачать другой браузер! То есть, не вам исправить баг, а мне скачать, только ради вашего приложения, либо покупать с ноутбука! Понимаете абсурд? Либо мне таскаться везде с ноутом, либо забивать телефон ненужными приложениями! Сегодня опять пыталась купить серию книг, опять не смогла, и опять отписка от поддержки! 
ИСПРАВЬТЕ УЖЕ ЭТУ ОШИБКУ!

никогда ничего не может загрузить. выдаёт ошибку
не работает нигде свайпы ни закрыть, ни назад. 
это все было изначально и по сей год это ничего не исправили. 
увольте кто там взаимодействие с интерфейсом программирует. кнопку нажимаешь оно не считываются.

Оформил подписку на год, все работало пару недель, потом возможности слушать книги без покупки пропала. Попробовал параллельно купить подписку на месяц, ок все зараьаотло ровно на 10 дней, и снова перестало работать. Дождался окончания месячной подписки, купил новую, 10 дней и снова пропадает возможность слушать книги. Писал в поддержку несколько раз, ответа нет. Какой-то у вас баг, будет здорово если почините.

С каждым обновлением все хуже и хуже, теперь зачем то в моих книгах появилось четыре десятка ненужных книг разных авторов. И сколько не нажимай отмену подписки, они все равно на другой день появляются снова. Что там у вас ИИ прогу пишет???

Я пользуюсь приложением Литрес несколько лет и восхищаюсь разнообразием ассортимента книг (до сих пор и при нынешних правилах игры). Но само приложение довольно устаревшее. Больше всего раздражает то, что приложение пропускает опечатки, нет автоматического исправления или хотя бы выделения ошибок, и что нельзя редактировать свои собственные уже опубликованные отзывы на книги. Их даже нельзя найти в своем профиле! Приходится искать свой отзыв в общем списке и «любоваться» им в режиме «я смотрю чей-то профиль и могу его зарепортить как неблагонадежный и несоответствующий политике партии».

**Developer response:** Понимаем ваше негодование. Доступ к сервису при использовании VPN действительно может быть ограничен. При этом без VPN сервис работает в штатном режиме и книги остаются доступны для чтения 🙌
