Like it! 👍 ### 5/5 — A Top Money Saver *2023-01-10* This is such a useful App is a great concept and very straight forward to use. I had a few problems initially downloading data but customer services responded immediately and quickly got to work ironing out the issue. My monthly spending is more concise now making it far easier to manage my finances. I have already started to make changes to my subscriptions as it quickly identifies better deals. In this current climate I badly needed to tighten up on needless spending and this app has finally got me organised and saving money. ### 5/5 — Quick and easy insights! *2022-12-20* Took next to no time to log in and open accounts, right away saw where all my money is going each month! ### 2/5 — Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to *2022-12-15* Connected my bank accounts with no problem but it only found 1 recurring payment (I have many more than this, all of which are older than 3 months) and the 1 that it did find… is not a recurring payment or subscription. I could add them all manually but doing that I may as well add them to my calendar and cut out the middle man. Needs a lot of work but 2 stars because the idea is at least decent. May revisit in 6 months and see if any improvements made. ### 5/5 — Such a helpful cost-saving app! *2022-12-14* I find myself starting trial subscriptions and then often leaving them to run. Even when the subscription is of no use! Little Birdie is the perfect answer to this. Managing your subscriptions & monthly payments literally couldn’t be any easier. Wasn’t sure about Open Banking at first but have read up more and it’s very quick, easy and secure. Like the ability to add manual subscriptions too. Could be faster to log in and would like the ability to customise my subs list on what is displayed. ### 4/5 — So frustrating (revised) *2022-12-13, version 1.1.8* Having had a developer response I have reconnected to Little Birdie and although it’s still a little buggy (occasional error messages that actually don’t mean there’s an error) it’s up and running and linked to my accounts AND showing subscriptions! I will give it a go and see what happens…. I’ve tried creating and account only to find that it is OK while you log in but if you try to go back into the app it doesn’t recognise you. So reset password - except once you put in the authorise code via email it blanks that field and says the code has expired. At one point I did manage to link my bank account but after many tries to get back into the app I’ve given up and deleted it. Much too buggy which is a shame as the idea shows promise. ### 5/5 — Great idea and great service *2022-12-12* Love the idea and downloaded following the review on the gadget show. Had no trouble registering and the user experience generally v good. Had some issues initially connecting Banks via open banking but all sorted now. Like the fact I can add subscriptions manually too and set reminders for the trial end date. I emailed with a question regarding my subscriptions and they were super responsive with customer service. ### 5/5 — Great Concept, Brilliant App *2022-12-12* What a revelation this app has been, easy set-up and has already saved me £££’s. I easily forget about subscriptions and their due dates, but having everything in one place has been a revelation. The app has been running without any issues, my experience has been seamless. Liked the selection of free trials and ability to set notification for when trail is ending. So helpful, super straightforward to use, easily connected it to my bank accounts - all my subscriptions are in one place (Netflix, Amazon etc). The app is quite handy especially in the current economic climate. The ability to see all my regular payments and subscriptions in one place - rather than having to use the notes section of my phone, as I have done, is a great feature. I also like the deals section of the app! I was able to connect my bank account easily using open banking. Doesn’t list any of my subscriptions. I reached out to the support email twice and got nothing back. Everything was shared successfully but the app simply couldn’t finish the job, which is really what the app is meant to do.
