I love this app! I am finding the "Junk Food" and the "Emotional Eating" sections to be very powerful. My weaknesses are potato chips and ice cream (not together...). After listening to these two sections for three times, my desire for these favorites is greatly diminished! I either don't want them at all, or I cannot eat my typical portion - I just don't feel well when I eat them!  I am shocked and amazed! Thank you, James and Sue for this additional tool in my arsenal!
