Their customer service is anticipatory and caring. Simply outstanding ### 1/5 — This is a fake *2024-08-03, version 7.8.0* This application is totally useless and even worse, they get you less than what you usually get in a hotel you are accustom to. The only thing they do is to « inform reception of your request ». They make you pay for nothing. They make money by getting a discount on the room you pay and make you pay for it. Go on Lartisien. At least the support you trip. The team is amazing, friendly and super helpful in every situation. ### 5/5 — The best there is *2020-11-05, version 5.6* I’ve travelled the world with MyLE ### 3/5 — Needs a lot of work/not worth the price *2019-06-11, version 4.0.0* Considering the yearly fee plus a 20£ booking fee I would assume some differentiating benefits or deals but they don’t offer much. I have compared prices with American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and for a fee I’m already paying with Amex I get more benefits guaranteed and not subject to availability. Plus, rates are the same if not better on Amex. For an extra 50£ a year you get access to restaurants reservations but they are few and far between with options only available in London in New York.
