Same review as the one given 5 years ago by another parent. Notification given for some updates by school but unable to view in app. Have to constantly delete and reinstall the app to see . Every other day I am deleting and reinstalling the app. If this is used for kindergartens , shouldn’t they fix it ?!

Need to improve to have a meal section for teacher to update , like eating what kind of food , portion is large or extra more , or little .
Not just photo update.
Same goes to Daily update for learning part
If there is columns to let teacher tick or fill will be better , rather than just update photos.

There is no way to send messages to form teacher directly. Messages have to go through school admin / principal first. Parents are unable to send DM to teacher (unless teacher initiates the chat room first) so there is no way to inform / check with teacher regarding school matters last minute. ClassDojo app is more user friendly.

Nhà phát triển nên thay đổi cách xem hình, thay vì đóng 1 hình rồi mới mở 1 hình khác. Qua tôns thời gian nếu bài post học tập có tầm 50 hình. Đã có nhiều góp ý nhưng vẫn chưa thấy cải thiện phần này. Ứng dụng chạy khá tệ giao diện trên Ipad.

I am a parent trying to access Little Family Room to check on my child's activities at school, but I have been unable to log in. Customer support helped me reset my password, but I still cannot get in. I have tried to contact them again for further assistance but have not received any response. This is very disappointing.

We get glimpses of what goes on in the class which we can then use for going home and dinner convo with our little ones (not that they stop talking! Haha) but it’s great material to bond over.

I have a question please - how do we download the media all in one go please? My little one is about to leave K2 for Primary. I want to save everything in a folder in my drive, you see. Appreciate it!

As a new parent, I love how I am able to be connected with the teachers via the inbox section. Important information from the school will be updated under Bulletins. School informed me that I can also update my kid’s information or day to day activities. Have been updating ever since, thumbs up for media function!
