## What is Little Grimoire?

Tarot is a language. Little Grimoire teaches you to read it.

No memorizing 78 meanings from a booklet. Little Grimoire teaches tarot the way a good course teaches anything: a few minutes of reading, then your hands on the cards. You match, sort, recall, and decide until the symbols start speaking on their own.

YOURS FOREVER. NO SUBSCRIPTION.
One purchase unlocks the complete Book of Tarot: every chapter, every lesson, every practice drill. No monthly fee, no coins, no energy timers, nothing held back. Buy it once, and it's yours, for less than a month or two of a typical tarot subscription.

START FREE
The first two lessons are free. Full lessons, every activity, through to the end. You'll meet the deck, learn its four worlds, and finish real practice before deciding whether to unlock the rest.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• Seven chapters that build on each other, from the language of the cards through every suit of the Minor Arcana to the Major Arcana and full spreads
• All 78 cards of the classic Rider–Waite deck, taught as a system
• 14+ hands-on activity types: match scenarios to cards, sort meanings, untangle confusable pairs, race the clock, and more
• Practice drills for every chapter to build fluency
• A daily card ritual that unlocks as you learn
• Spreads from three-card stories to the ten-card Celtic Cross

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
• Works completely offline
• No account, no sign-up, no login wall
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking of any kind
• Optional reminders, scheduled on your device, never from a server
• Your progress stays on your phone, and you can export it any time

FOR BEGINNERS AND RETURNING READERS
Start from nothing and build a real foundation, or fill the gaps a memorize-the-booklet approach left behind. If you've always wanted to read tarot with confidence instead of flipping to the guidebook, this is the course.

A GRIMOIRE OF MANY BOOKS
Little Grimoire is an education app for the esoteric arts, and the Book of Tarot is its first volume. New Books will follow in time: the stars, the runes. Each is taught the same way, and each is its own one-time purchase. Your grimoire grows. Nothing you own ever expires.

Pull up a chair. The cards have been waiting.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-11

Every screen now sits on one type scale, so reading copy and answer choices are larger and steadier throughout. Answer lists run beneath the Check bar instead of stopping short, four-way choices lay out in a grid, sorting activities no longer hint at their own answer, and drag activities keep their sentences readable. Teaching pages show when there is more to scroll. And 120 practice rounds were rewritten so the right answer never gives itself away.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-05

Lessons now remember your place. If you get interrupted partway through, you'll pick up exactly where you left off instead of starting the lesson over.

Chapter introductions can be reopened any time from the chapter list, so you can revisit the framing before a lesson.

Chapter I, Lesson 5 now includes its full set of closing exercises, and we've corrected card imagery details and wording throughout the curriculum.

Plus accessibility improvements and a number of smaller fixes.
