There have been 2 product problems and they have resolved them immediately, something that other companies ought to put in the mandatory section of service. My 6 year old loves their products and my 2 year old loves to steal them from her, so all in all pretty healthy stuff. Your brand claims that your baby products are made without refined sugar and instead use jaggery as a natural alternative for better health. However, during my recent use of the product, I noticed something concerning. While preparing milk for my child, I observed residue particles at the bottom of the bowl, which appeared to be sugar. This has left me quite disappointed, as it does not align with the claims made by your company. As a parent, I rely on accurate and honest information when choosing products for my child’s health and nutrition. I am not happy with the product or the promises made by your brand. They couldn’t deliver orders on time. Upon cancellation, getting refund is a headache. After cancelling the order out of frustration from waiting for more than a week, my money is still hanging with them. not sure if their product has to do with this, but my son was frequently getting sick after consuming their milk powder but again I trusted them and wanted to be sure on this, so I ordered it, but now my delivery experience is so bad that I won’t recommend it to anyone. **Developer response:** We're sad to receive such a rating and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, on my second order, it arrived in a paper carry bag, which I wasn’t too happy about. I reached out to customer service, and a representative kindly explained that faster deliveries (within 2 hours) are sent in paper bags, while deliveries that take 2–3 days are packaged in boxes. I appreciated the clear explanation and understood the logic behind it. However, I recently placed another order on 5th July, with the estimated delivery date showing as 7th July. Based on the timeline, I expected it to arrive in a box — but once again, it was delivered in a paper carry bag. For some reason the milk was not consumed in the specified time limit and the milk got curdled and it was my first experience and which is bad. Contacted customer care and got the answer since the milk needs to consume immediately after mixing, it’s the behaviour of the natural ingredients used in the product ( mixture of raagi, oats, jaggery) which makes the milk curdle. It looks suspicious and I requested test reports it under went , I got answers that we are unable to share with customers. Which is surprising and suspicious for me. My child is 3year old she used to be so fit and healthy she has not been sick for months but after taking milk mix and gummies my daughter is frequently getting sick with heavy fever, cold, cough which lasts for 2-3weeks to recover. i have sarted giving this products to my kid from December and she’s been sick every week after a month of usage. EDIT- after raising tickets I have received my product in less than a day *2024-10-19* Product may be fine but they could not deliver it, I’m waiting for a product since 15 days as of now each day they say it is delayed by 24 hrs and now there have been 24 hrs many times. I receive 2-3 deliveries on daily basis however their delivery partner has excuses- we tried to deliver but there are address issues. I have cancelled my previous order and today I have to cancel this order as well. Kids waiting for their product at home but little joys could not deliver in centuries. EDIT- Thanks for noticing my review/ tickets raised by me. I have received my product now and children are happy too. Thank you again for the timely resolution but fast action of the ticket and delivering my order in less than a day. Recently, on my elder daughter’s 8th birthday, we received a surprise birthday gift from Little Joys, and it was such a wonderful and unexpected gesture. ❤️ My daughter was extremely happy and excited to receive the gift, and honestly, as parents, we were touched by this thoughtful gesture. It really shows how much Little Joys values and appreciates its customers.
