Click on little league rule book and it says sorry- something went wrong. Can I get my $2 back. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work! *2021-02-06* Nothing works in the app. I click any of the little league options and it just says “we’re sorry something went wrong. Please try again later”! I do a search and the screen just goes blank white. I deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing happens. I have deleted it and reloaded it three different times but it still says there is a problem. I’m not sure what’s wrong! I have hard started my device still won’t work. ### 1/5 — Bring back the eBook *2021-02-03* Have the 2019 e-book on computer, iPad, iPhone… All work great. Worse app to date. No computer support. No iPad support (Obviously you can run iPhone apps on an iPad at 1/4 the screen) The idea, and auto update feature, sounds like a good plan – unfortunately not executed really well. ### 2/5 — Needs UX Help for Search *2020-02-25* The most useful part of this app is the search capabilities, but it is also the most frustrating to use. First, every time you click on a result and go back, you have to start your search over. Infuriating. Second, it defaults to searching all 3 Rulebooks every time. Please have a UX designer spent 15 minutes trying to use the app and they will immediately see the problems with the current version. ### 2/5 — Needs better search function *2020-02-12* When you do a search, it will show you a snipet if the rule you want. But when you select that rule you want the app will just take you to the beginning of the chapter. It should take you to the rule you want and ideally highlight the word you were looking for. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY!!! *2019-12-04* I was able to download and open the app, after that nothing! Every time I tried to open any of the rule books the app went white or just crashed and kicked me out! Don’t waste your money! ### 1/5 — Great promise but version 1.0.2 crashes *2019-12-04* App support link doesn’t really take you to a support page so hoping developer reads reviews. When first downloading, clicking on one of the rulebooks opened to a white screen that never loads anything. I can’t get anything to load at all. Thank you! The app is working amazingly. I have an iPhone 11 and had to reset my phone for other apps to work as well. Thank you for responding! **Developer response:** We're sorry you are experiencing issues with the update, could you please give us a few more details about what you are seeing (including your device/ios version) if you are ok with sharing? Also, could you try stopping the app from running and relaunching it, and if that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling? This was a major app update and you may be experiencing some stored data issues due to these changes. ### 5/5 — Fast response to issue and NICE APP *2019-12-05* Yesterday when downloaded it had a crashing issue. Emailed support@little league and they informed me there was a bug that they had quickly addressed. Advised to delete and redownload. Upon doing the app worked PERFECTLY! Great app and thanks for including all rule books for one LOW price. Improved features over prior years books. Great new feature to save a topic allowing quick reference of commonly used topics. I am thrilled that Williamsport has decided to put the rules in an app. The bookmarking and videos are a great. All three books, one price, with rules updated automatically ... awesome!!! It is still lacking in some areas. My husband has difficulty reading on his phone and likes to use the app rulebook to find things quickly. He then goes to a paper copy of the book. He (and I) would like to see page numbers in the app so we can cross reference both. We also need the ability to better bookmarks. We would like to be able to have multiple bookmarks in the sections. It would be great to be able to name them so we find things better. Thank you for making it free. Now more people (managers and coaches especially) will have a copy of the rulebook and hopefully read it. Thank you for your time. ### 3/5 — Missing basic functionalities *2019-12-10* A huge step in the right direction with the video descriptions. What a great way to combine the rule book with a live umpire who can explain the rule. Two essentials that are missing: 1. Must be able to create more than one bookmark per rule. Was only able to create one within each rule. For example, within Rule 6, there were a few bookmarks that I’d like to be able to create and return to but have to settle for only one. 2. Must be able to return back to the previous page after you follow a blue-highlighted link that references another rule. Instead, the back button returns you to the table of contents where you must then navigate to the spot where you were before. Lastly, the video functionality has been inconsistent. Sometimes the videos load, sometimes they don’t. ### 2/5 — No sound! *2024-03-22* Videos would be nice if they actually had sound that worked ### 2/5 — PLEASE Improve search and bookmark *2022-10-22* App is very difficult to use if you don’t already know where a rule is. It would be super helpful to bookmark individual rules and not a whole section. Search should allow grouped words like “hit by pitch.” Also an individual word doesn’t return preview text. If Little league is removing rules from the web and shipping fewer books, they should make basic investment in the app. ### 2/5 — Okay, but prefer the rules in ebooks *2020-02-27* The search function is practically worthless, searches all three rulebooks, but doesn’t take you to the actual rule... and if you need to see the next item, you basically need to start over. Also, moving between one chapter to another is cumbersome. Having the rules in an ebook was so much more useful.
