I have used this app and sleep program with all four of my kids - since way back before they even had an app! The toilet training guide also made toilet training so easy - three kids down, only one to go! It has been such an immense help and I highly recommend it.

For our first kid we tried multiple sleep training apps before finding Little Ones. The schedule made sense (we didn’t closely follow the feeding schedule but stuck to the sleeping recommendations) and the guides on gentle sleep training methods based on our comfort level worked when nothing else would! Their guide to taking away the pacifier when the time was right was a life saver for me! I shared this app with many friends and for my 2nd child started from day 1 newborn. Her sleep schedule is predictable, we get to go out with big brother and it’s been such a contrast to the early struggles I remember. The community is helpful on every topic. 

Only tip to watch out for is that the consulting assumes strictly following schedule. If you are not then the broad tips still help but talking to the consultants doesn’t result in direct help.

Highly recommend to know what to do for sleep for your Little One!

I used the app as a first-time
parent with a little one who was super active and not a great fan of sleep. She wanted to be held at all times which drained the life out of me. This app came as a life-saver and helped me set up a proper age appropriate routine and structure. It helped me navigate the early years of a baby’s life making me a confident parent. There is so much to learn and I was never lost after that. All the topics are methodically answered and there is a village within the app which you can tap on and rely upon. I would recommend this for every new parent.

I have been using the Little Ones sleep schedules since before they had an app, when it was pdf files! I have now used the little ones sleep programmes with 3 of my children, they are all great sleepers. My 5 month old currently settles to sleep easily, sleeps for all his naps per the schedules, wakes for one small feed in the early morning and gets back to sleep until 7am.
The app is great, I use it to track feeds, nappies and sleep, the sleep info is easy to find and the in-app chat is very helpful. I have recommended Littles Ones to many friends, who also end up with great sleepers. Highly recommend!
