His profile shows on the app as well as the parent portal but every time he goes to play it asks if he wants a free trial (which he can’t select) or to purchase a membership. When we click on the membership it says we’ve already enrolled and sends us back to the same spot. There’s no where on the app or parent portal/app to contact you for support either! We have the membership plus purchased the activity book too. The past few weeks we can't seem to get past the intro to the 3rd world. It will load the activity but then crashes every time on the iPad and my phone. We looked for an update, we signed out and back in and looked for some type of support contact. However, it would be nice to just pay one (affordable) flat fee instead of ongoing payments. My kids don’t play this game or the iPad daily to make it worth me paying a monthly subscription (it adds up!). However all three of them like it and overall think it is fun. I also teach 1st grade catechism through our parish and have used some of the materials to supplement my lessons. It’s nice to be able to incorporate it into class to reinforce lessons or present things in a medium that most kids are familiar with. My 4.5yr old and 6.5 yr old really enjoy the lessons and have learned a lot. Information is presented in a fun and entertaining way with great graphics, quizzes, and games. A good method for teaching or reinforcing elements of the Catholic Faith to children-I think the cute graphics help them remember the material. I highly recommend it!
