I have a 10 month old and 6.5 year old. Oldest loves the lunchers anf probably would go for some plates now and 10 month old loves the biteables and I make pancakes with the purées since he isn’t into them anymore. My husband and I both work and are hardly ever home at the same time. These really help with meal and snack times. I try so hard to give my kids healthy whole foods and this makes it convenient. Only thing is I don’t love plastic in the microwave and that’s the suggested heating method. I just usually heat in skillet or air fryer if that’s realistic. So worth it! As a new mother, this helped navigate the exciting and slightly scary intro to solids but stays with you through years of them learning to love food. We can’t get enough of the variety offered through each stage, the conscious ingredients (especially with food allergies) and how seamless it is to order online to save you a trip to the store during your chaotic life. But you can also find certain snacks in Target, which is amazing when you need quick grabs before your next order! The app is super easy to use which is what we all need as parents. I can’t reach anyone that has the authority to do anything. I just keep getting the same basic answer that they have done their part and sent it but they can’t verify certain information my bank is requesting. The phone number that is provided doesn’t ever work either. They say they’re closed whether it’s Monday or Friday. The food is 5 stars but the shipping with OnTrac is a terrible experience. They run late every time then say my address is incorrect and can’t deliver. Which leads to me having to verify that it’s correct. Which is a process. Then it takes longer to receive my order. This has happened several times at that. Even my package has come smelling like weed. Yes the entire box reeked after the carrier claimed my address was incorrect. I can’t recommend a company that hasn’t fulfilled a refund. With all the issues I’ve had. The customer service team is friendly and does try to help. But they dropped the ball with my refund. Especially the smoothies that are nothing short of amazing. The ingredients are better than most adult smoothies HOWEVER I have already had issues with 4 orders. Either not being delivered, missing items or half the order. Although the customer service is great and has no issue refunding you I want the food not the money haha!
