I’ve been using this app for about a week now, and I mainly use it for tik tok and instagram. It has caused me to be much more intentional with my screen use and I find myself aimlessly doomscrolling much less. If you are someone who values your time I would genuinely recommend this app

This app is about as operationally efficient as you can get. I mean it almost feels like this could be the Facebook, X, TikTok, etc. I think Sam Altman would approve
