You just write the items you want to check off (eating your multivitamin, walking the dog, etc) and you’re ready to go. You can tell it when to reset and the next day you’re ready to go again. Thumbs up for working offline too! No service no problem - still good to go. This has definitely helped to encourage me to hit my daily items such as eat veggies and fruits!
