I’ve been using this app for a couple weeks now, and it basically delivers on its promise to help you monitor and change your behaviors. Like any self-improvement app, the onus is on you to actually “do” the work, but this app provides a great framework for self-reflection and change.

The onboarding days are a nice introduction, and once you get through them there are SO many activities to do.
