I recently ordered a few outfits from the Littlebox app, and my experience was quite good. The app is easy to use, and there are plenty of trendy styles to choose from at affordable prices.

The clothes looked very similar to the pictures shown on the app, which was a pleasant surprise. The fabric quality was decent for the price, and the fit was accurate according to the size chart. I especially liked the modern designs and stylish collection.

Delivery took a little longer than expected, but the products arrived in good condition. Overall, if you’re looking for fashionable and budget-friendly clothing, Littlebox is definitely worth trying. I would order from them again.

It’s been 10 days since I placed my order, and it’s still showing as “processing.” I’m very disappointed with the service. The delivery time is taking way too long, and I don’t think I’ll ever order from this app again.

Very disappointing customer support experience with Little Box.

I accidentally selected XS while placing my order, and I realized the mistake almost immediately. Within one minute of placing the order, I contacted Little Box through their WhatsApp support/help system and specifically requested them to change the size before dispatch.

Despite contacting them practically immediately, no one took action on my request, and the order was eventually dispatched in the wrong size.

What is the purpose of having a customer support/WhatsApp help system if an urgent and extremely simple request made within one minute cannot be addressed before dispatch? I understand that orders may get processed quickly, but in this case, I notified them almost immediately after placing the order, giving them a clear opportunity to correct the mistake.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and makes me question the effectiveness of Little Box’s customer support. A brand should not only focus on taking orders but should also provide responsive and responsible customer service when customers reach out promptly.

Very disappointed with Little Box. I expected much better customer support.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and reached out to Little Box immediately through multiple channels : calls, emails, and messages. Their app wasn’t functioning properly, making it impossible for me to initiate a replacement on my own. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no response or assistance.

Because of their complete lack of customer support, I was left with a product I couldn’t use and ultimately had to throw it away. The issue wasn’t the wrong size. It was the company’s indifference after the sale.

A brand isn’t judged only by its products but by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Little Box failed on every front. If you value responsive customer service and accountability, I’d think twice before ordering from them.

I had ordered a dress from Little Box that was originally expected to be delivered on 1st August, but due to an urgent requirement, I needed to cancel the order. Even though the order had already been shipped, the Little Box team managed to process my cancellation request immediately and refunded the amount within just one day.

I was truly impressed by their prompt response, understanding approach, and excellent customer support. It’s rare to see such efficient service, and this experience has made me trust the brand even more. Highly recommended for both their products and outstanding customer care!
