The Camera records all of the events that occur, but the Playback feature doesn’t work anymore. The Live feature still works, you have to subscribe to a package to play your events. I’m not sure if the App updated or not, but I’m not paying to play the events that occur. Thank you ### 1/5 — App Got Worst *2026-04-14, version 1.5.3* I started with one camera, then I upgraded it to three camera cameras. They got to the point where I have 12 camera cameras. The app was flawless. It was good. Then it got buggy Then it got an update where they changed the whole interface. 1. I can’t rearrange my cameras in the way I want, in view all Cameras. I was able to rearrange them. 2. If I make a room with certain cameras, then I make another room with the same cameras, they get removed from the other room. And I organize them in order and they rearrange its own way. 3. It’s constantly loosen signal and says retry. But my main concern was, I was able to organize the cameras the way I wanted to on the view all Cameras. BRING THAT BACK. ### 1/5 — Paid Camera Has Ads In App *2026-03-28, version 1.5.2* I have been using a few of these cameras for about 5 or so years now. At first the app was great. It did what you would expect and it worked. Somewhere along the line the company got greedy and decided to start showing forced ads when you launch the app. Unacceptable behaviour from a company selling a paid for product. I suggest going with another company for your camera needs until the developers fix this oversight. ### 2/5 — Litokam camera *2026-03-24, version 1.5.2* This camera is decent quality but the camera says offline every time i click the app. I’ve updated the app and even tried deleting and redownloading it. It’s been over a year and it does daily, luckily i don’t require on it for my main security. App is outdated, they have sections for things you cant control and are unnecessary. Make it simple with options we do need that we can make changes too. You’re met with tons of ad screens, fake virus warnings, plus ads from the manufacturer, and other pop-ups. In the end, what you pay in frustration is not worth it. Simply miserable. If I can find another app to view them I will. Otherwise, I’m getting rid of them. She lost some memory, basic daily things but was still physically capable of walking around. She couldn’t remember things like turning on a light, how to open a door or cook oatmeal just to name a few things. She strongly resisted our suggestion of moving into our apartment. So our next move was to buy these cameras to keep an eye on her while we were at work. The reviews were mostly positive so we bought it. Setup was fairly simple. I only used the instruction manual to get the app. Setting up the basics was intuitive. I only used 3 of the four cameras for her apartment. The quality is great even in the dark for night mode. Notifications are spot on for movement. I haven’t setup notifications for sound so I can’t say how good those would be. I shared my login credentials with the entire family so there are many eyes available to check on mom now. Just a quick note. You can use this system for free. It works. There are upgrade services as well. And you can buy and install your own SD cards like a dashcam for internal recording and referencing clips. Haven’t done that yet but might try it with one camera to see if there’s any additional benefit that I’m not seeing. One really cool thing is this does give snapshots for movements/notifications without having the SD card. These show up under notifications which are accessible by day, historically. Super nice and unexpected. Her recovery: We’ve been lucky so far it’s been 5 days since her stroke, her recovery has been good. She’s cooking now, turning on lights , opening doors and doing her normal routines. Summary: We will be leaving the cameras installed as they are solid confirmation on my mom’s well being. Although these are perceived as baby and pet cameras they can be used alternatively as security, safety and other uses. ### 5/5 — Ads can be turned off *2025-08-29, version 1.5.1* In your settings under Permission Management you can turn off ads. This was a horrible decision by them to add this “feature” to my camera I’ve had for years and to turn it on by default. The interface isn’t very user friendly is but I do like the camera a lot and their customer support in the app was quick to respond to my questions about how remove the ads, and how to clear my memory card in the camera. Get a memory card and you will not need to subscribe to any cloud service with it to get good results. I use this quite often to check on our pets when away from home. ### 5/5 — Intrusive ads! *2025-07-24* This app used to be great! Now they've placed an ad when you open the app that you can't get rid of. When I hear a disturbance, I need to check my app immediately - that's why I have these cameras. Now all I can see is an ad and you have to wait for it to complete to see the camera dead. This is NOT okay! UPDATE: I contacted customer service and they helped step me through a way to change the settings and prevent the ad from overtaking my camera feed. Very much appreciated! ### 5/5 — Using for my elderly mother *2025-06-30* Great for the money and a huge piece of mind. I started with one in her bedroom and now I have one in the living room/dining room and one in the kitchen. If I’m in another room, I can check on her in her bedroom if she’s napping or during the night, which is very convenient. The camera quality is excellent and I’ve had zero problems with them.
