Takes extremely long to load a single page, around 20 minutes (not connection issue), despite refreshing the application. This app helps us teachers to efficiently update children’s health and routine care statuses but the long loading time is taking away the efficiency part. Very frustrating!

Developer please continue to update your app as I can’t view the right timing (shown year2018) and there are bugs with inputting children’s timing. Currently is using iOS 16.1 and your app couldn’t support it

So frustrating that I keep trying to sign in but keep showing error message. This is the app for us to monitor the progress of our kid in the infant care but we (parents) keep facing this issue. To make matter worse, the principal who told us to download has no clue on this.
