The app will not open. I have downloaded it numerous amount of times went to the techs on campus no one can help. The app is useless.

Useless app.  I can’t even open it to finish setting up my ID.  Not sure how they expect people to use this when it doesn’t work.  Deleting and re-downloading does nothing either

I don’t know why they tell everyone to get this app to receive important information, and do the COVID self check when it literally doesn’t open. I deleted and downloaded it on and off for 2 years now, and it still doesn’t open.

As a current LIU student paying almost 1k in University fees, you’d think the app would work. I Have not been able to use this app for more than a year... deleted and downloaded many times to no avail! 
There are no updates - no bug fixes just one and done.

### 5/5 — WRONG APP FOR MOBILE ID

This is NOT the right app for the MOBILE ID. You have to download Transacct eAccounts. Open that app and search for LIU then enter in your LIU Credentials. That will add your ID to your phone assuming you sent your photo to LIU Public Safety and received a approval email. If after all of this you still can’t add ID to your phone you must call or visit LIU Post IT Department for them to reset your LIU Account.
