I keep contacting customer service, and they keep giving me the same answer: to wait for five days. This cycle has continued for months. I am very disappointed, especially since the issue started when my Emirates ID expired. After I got my new ID, I asked them to register it, but they didn't help me, and I am still experiencing the same issue. ### 2/5 — Not the future *2024-01-22* Good to get a quick bank account. Poor for most other things. App auto logs out every 2 minutes even if you keep the app open. No direct contact number lol. Only chat. Chat is broken with limited notifications and of course you will be signed out while you wait for someone to respond. This is only useful if you just want to have a fully digit bank account. If you can think of any reason (checks, withdrawal large sums, etc) why you would need to go in person at all for as long as you are in the UAE, then this will be good. Otherwise just get a normal bank account. This is a good option as a secondary account. Not recommended as primary. ### 1/5 — Non-existing customer service *2024-01-03* I can't believe I just opened an account with Liv bank and quickly discovered that their customer service is absolutely terrible. It's practically non-existent! I've been waiting for hours without receiving any response. This is beyond frustrating and concerning. Customer service is as bad as it gets. ### 1/5 — Possibly the worst bank in the world *2023-03-02* Everything about this bank is bad. You can only get support through the app, and it doesn’t work half the time. They almost ruined my credit score because the app is so buggy and down so often. Can’t pay my credit card most the time because the app doesn’t work. I got so mad at them for messing up once and refused to entertain their infuriating chat bot and had to speak to someone so I had to go full Karen to their poor support chat team to talk to a human(?) over the phone. They kept telling me it’s impossible to call, but I doubled down on my Karening till a manager called me and they couldn’t even solve my problem. Please, don’t risk your mental health. Do not download. I beg. If a genie granted me three wishes, I would wish Liv to go bankrupt, their AI chatbot to experience eternal AI hell, and for whoever thought Liv was a good idea to be put in a cell with nothing but their app so they can think about what they’ve done for the rest of their life. ### 4/5 — Amazing service *2023-01-29* I have using since 2021 it’s good service by nbd… only rush when deposit through atm 😥 ### 1/5 — Password reset *2023-01-09, version 3.5.8* I am contacting the app support for months now with no luck . I cant reset my password. Its get stuck while trying and no one is helping, the keep sending me the same password link and keep replying them that its not working and they do the same !!! No contact number for help center ### 1/5 — Worst Costumer Care possible *2022-12-29, version 3.5.8* App crashes while trying to register for an account, tried to resume it and for whatever reason the SMS otp does not reach me. Tried email support, no answer. Managed to get support via Facebook Messager and the solution proposed was “find another bank that suits your needs”, verbatim. Apparently if you don’t complete registration in one shot you are not allowed to resume it.
