The new app is glitchy and I can’t seem t on cast from my phone anymore as that used to work well. Great that it’s free, would be even better if it was as good as it was. ### 3/5 — Some issues, just needs dialed in. *2026-03-06* Groups can you can’t hear the shots when they hit them, usually just some mic far away that has some birds chirping or whatever background noise is present. The other problem is that in multiview, closed caption is always on the main broadcast, and it covers the lower part of the screen and you can’t see the shots being hit or putts being holed. Those previous problems are on both mobile and tv app. As for just mobile, I can’t watch the broadcast in fullscreen, so it’s basically unusable. ### 2/5 — Too Complicated *2026-02-23* I’ve paid for this for 2 years but will not renew. This should be simple to build in a way I don’t have to know who wins a tournament when I log in the app. Let me go to the event. Give my full round 1 and Round 1 highlights round 2 same round 3 same round 4 same. I’m trying to watch Adelaide. I log in and it ruins it and tells me who wins. I see recaps for the rounds but I can’t even find the last round I would like to watch. Just 59 other pointless videos. Not everyone can watch this live so we pay for an app and want to watch it later. Then you find new and interesting ways to ruin who wins and not be able to find the content I was paying for in the first place. Get it right guys. ### 1/5 — LIV Golf App – Streaming Issues *2025-06-06* I’ve been trying to follow the Team event via the LIV Golf app, but unfortunately, the live stream experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite having fast full-fibre broadband at home, the constant buffering made it impossible to watch properly. Given LIV’s ambition to grow the game and reach new audiences, streaming coverage is absolutely vital. If fans can’t reliably watch the action, it undermines the whole effort to engage and grow the sport. Please prioritise fixing the technical performance of the app. It’s a great concept and an exciting product—but only if people can actually watch it. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2025-06-06, version 4.3.1* The app keeps popping up letting me know when the next round is approaching, but by the time the first round starts there is NO LIVE viewing whatsoever. Worthless! ### 1/5 — 5 June update broke LIV X games *2025-06-06, version 4.3.1* After mandatory update for Apple iPhone version the morning 5 June 2025, the app froze/crashed twice trying to get to LIV X games for word of the day. Third and subsequent tries got to the games menu but none of the buttons to play the games or trivia work. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-05-09, version 4.2.8* I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still comes up with “ page not found” when ever the app loads. I would’ve given it 5 stars, but it won’t let me cast to my tv. It’ll just sit there and load endlessly. It has been fantastic and is a huge reason I’m obsessed with golf the last few years. Finally caught up on 2024’s season (had to watch half of the season on YouTube because you wanted me to pay to watch last season?) and now you’ve lost me. I don’t have time to watch live as I work a lot, and I was totally okay with paying for the premium subscription. Even though “free” has been your thing since the beginning, it would be worth it. Except now I see you only have the entire final round on-demand for each event. Second round, highlights only? First round just not even gonna bother? I’m not paying for your premium subscription to just watch the final round of each event. You’ve failed your most loyal fans. Hopefully your numbers reflect this piss poor business decision. ### 1/5 — Subscription to watch, Bye *2025-04-06, version 4.2.7* I’ve watched numerous events on LIV from year one. Because like the Masters app, it was easy to watch anytime for free. The moment they made it a subscription, I’m out. This will be the end of LIV. May be a slow death, but it will eventually die.
