I am extremely disappointed with LIV Bank. I have been trying to resolve a refund issue for almost a month, and it has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve ever had.

There is no clear or reliable way to contact customer support. The app doesn’t provide the help I need, and every attempt to get assistance leads nowhere. When you have a problem that requires a real person, it feels impossible to get help.

A bank should have accessible customer service, especially when customers are waiting for their own money. Being left without support for weeks is unacceptable.

I expected much better. Unless LIV improves its customer support and gives customers a reliable way to reach them, I cannot recommend this bank to anyone.

I put my money on this app but accessing my money to make transactions but I can’t almost for a week am waiting for the atm card it’s not coming customer care and ITM agents are not helping everyone is saying something else now my money is there stuck

1st they say to wait 48 hrs for ongoing case for my refund and when I contacted them, there is no update yet and told me to come back on april 7th (today)
And now again told me to wait another 48 hr

So the app’s most recent updates make it so it’s virtually impossible to use it. I still never forgot how much better the old app used to be but just when i finally got used to this app, you idiots made huge changes like removing the “add money” or the “pay card” fracture and I literally can’t even downgrade the app cause the app won’t function unless i get the newest version which sucks. I hope you people achieved what you wanted.

For some reason the devs of this app removed the add money option which was the easiest method to transfer money from another account to my liv account. I called the number to ask them why and the agent told me they weren’t told why. It’s extremely infuriating watching this app get worse everyday and now they just completely made it borderline unusable.
