Every time I try to sign in the app just crashes without letting me use the app. And, the faceid login option suddenly stopped appearing. Genuinely unusable app.

Users should be aware that there is no direct way to communicate with a human at this bank, regardless for how serious the issue is. In my case, they have made bogus charges on my account, and the useless bot provides no recourse. This is theft!
