App is connected to Strava.
1. ride isn’t uploaded occasionally. It’s very frustrating that I’m unable to see my break record data in strava.

2. Most of the time after ending ride, the app would keep loading till I had no choice but to close the app & reopen. so as to send data over to Strava successfully.
At first i thought it was due to low phone memory but then to realised that I have more than 50% capacity!!!

The app and the whole design of device use is horrible. You cannot see the user guide unless you are actually connected to the device which doesn’t help at all when you are trying to understand or look up something before you head out to the garage to interact with the device. 

The handlebar controller doesn’t offer any indication of what mode you are in requiring you to pull out your phone while riding in order to see what mode you are in. DANGEROUS!  

The device’s assist assist mode is erratic and unpredictable and never assisting when I need it, but it sure wants to kick in virtually every time a turn a corner. DANGEROUS AGAIN! 

Support is hard to find and when you get a reply it is vague and useless. When I asked why I could see or select Cruise Mode I got a reply that said use the brakes. huh???  Yea there is a brake sensor switch but what’s the logic in putting on the brakes and pressing a button that has no indication of mode and then finding your phone to see if it changes modes all while riding down the road?  DANGEROUS ON A NEW LEVEL!  

I am about to give up on this thing I’d had such high hopes for. I definitely don’t encourage others to invest in one until they solve these seriously poor design issues.

**Developer response:** Sorry, if the operation is too complicated, we will simplify the use of the device in the future.

Ich wollte eigentlich mit der App nur meinen Livall-Helm konfigurieren und evtl. die Richtungsblinker betätigen. Aber das geht anscheinend nicht ohne den Standort für die App freizugeben. Warum? Wozu braucht die App meinen Standort, nur um den Helm zu konfigurieren oder zu blinken? Ich sehe es nicht ein, nur dafür den Standort freizugeben.

Eine Option, das Front- und Rücklicht auf nicht blinkende Dauerbeleuchtung einzustellen fehlt dringend!
Audio-aus für die Blinkfunktion wünsche ich mir auch. Oder ein nur einmaliges Piepsen zu Beginn des Blinkens.

Grundsätzlich ist der Helm gut von der Optik, die Idee mit der Beleuchtung, der Blinker und der Bremslichtfunktion ist genial, aber was haben sich die Entwickler bei diesem Akku gedacht? Soll ich ständig ne Powerbank mit dem Helm verbunden haben? Helm wurde von mir Do. vollständig geladen, am Freitagmorgen 16 min. im Blinklicht-Modus betrieben und heute Abend ist das Ding bei der Vorbereitung auf die Fahrt morgen Früh schon wieder leer! Der Akku ist Schrott und hat eine unglaubliche Selbstentladung. Ich habe den EVO 21 und kann leider nur vom Kauf abraten, da ich der Meinung bin, dass es der größte Fehlkauf aller Zeiten von mir war! Schade, denn die Idee ist super! Gut gemeint ist noch lange nicht gut gemacht!

Mon casque LIVALL est super, les clignotants et feu stop intégré c est super.👍

Alsoauf ein IPhone 14 Pro funktioniert das skippen von Lieder nicht und die Fernbedienung muss man öfter An–und Abmelden, das sie wieder funktioniert. Bitte Nachbessern.

Updates doch immer noch sehr mager die Einstellungen am Helm. Blinkdauer nicht einstellbar. Manchmal sind 10 sek für kurzes anzeigen zu lang. Device Sprache nur englisch obwohl deutsch eingestellt spricht mein Helm nur englisch. Lumos ist euch in der Beziehung weit voraus.
War mein letzter Helm von Livall wenn keine Verbesserungsvorschläge vom Kunden umgesetzt werden.

An sich eine gute App. Ich würde mir jedoch wünschen in der Lage zu sein, die Einstellung der LEDs auf einem Helm auf dem Helm selbst zu speichern um nicht jedes Mal die App öffnen zu müssen. Außerdem wäre eine Option die Stimme des Helms leiser oder auszuschalten. Auch ganz schön.

Sólo quiero usar mi casco y el control remoto básico.

Pude vincular el casco con la App sin activar geolocalización y ahora no puedo ni Desvincular mi casco si no activo Localización por GPS.

De los 7 botones que tiene el control remoto prefiero lo básico, usar los intermitentes, y para eso no necesito la App y proporcionar datos personales especialmente en un equipo tan caro como éste.

Además la parte social de la App es demasiado para mí cuando hay otras opciones fuera de la App más abiertas y generalizadas.

Buen casco, señales luminosas 270 grados, pero cederle tantos datos personales a una empresa al otro lado del mundo no me convence y por eso la mala valoración.

Más simple y sin tantos permisos a todo sería mejor.

I own the Bling helmet so I had to download the corresponding app. Unfortunately, the helmet interrupts my music when riding even though I have audio feedback turned off on the app. After it interrupts it will turn off my music or play at a reduced volume. I have tried emailing, using the feedback form, and the unnecessary AI chat bot all with no response or information to solve the issue.

Por favor, solucionad esta incidencia.

Bonjour,
Casque très agréable et sécurisant pour le cycliste qui est hors d’une ville .Malheureusement nos législateurs en voiture de fonction ont votés une interdiction d’utiliser des feux clignotants sur un vélo.
Ce casque est non compatible avec la législation française et son utilisation entraîne une verbalisation !
Le service après vente ne répond pas à mon interrogation sur une évolution logicielle pour ajouter une nouvelle fonctionnalité «  feux fixes »

ohne Funktion kein Koppeln möglich ! Schrott! Lumos Helm perfekt! LIVALL Helm in Müll geworfen und Lumos gekauft! Perfekt !

Ladegerät auch Müll! Beim Lumos ein USB C Ladegerät perfekt der andere Schrott ist mit Magnet!
War ein sehr schlechter Kauf!

App shows the remote is connected. The remote will operate turn signal and nothing else. Reloaded everything remote still does not work. You can hear the tone when the button is being pushed, but the interface with the iPhone X XS is not completing the command and doesn’t work.

**Developer response:** The remote control does not need to be connected to the APP, it only needs to be connected directly to the device

Lots of quality issues with the helmet in less than a year and warranty was refused although they pledge that all qualify issues must be fixed. I am never buying these products again.

This is such a disappointing product because it should be so good. It's being let down by sloppy software and developers who refuse to listen to their customers. Getting the various products and the app to all work together is not possible. There are to few options to customise things like the type of lighting on the helmet, duration of turn signals etc. All things that can easily be fixed in software. Sorry to say that all too often otherwise excellent Chinese products are let down by sloppy software.

It is a solid helmet. And I deplore having to wear a brain bucket, but I feel the title is self explanatory and just grumble to myself as I strap the darn thing on. Oh. I bought two others, one for my son and one for My Beloved. Son’s went on a river ride so replaced it with, you guessed it, another LIVALL.  They both wear theirs and agree they are comfortable and the sound is really good.

Es una pasada de casco te da mucha tranquilidad a la hora de llevarlo puesto pero me da rabia que con lo que cuesta no puedan poner el audio en español o más idiomas ya que no es un casco barato por lo demás es una maravilla

Just loving my new helmet, easy to connect, easy to use and the indicator lights are so bright. Great safety feature. Best of all for me on long rides I can enjoy music from Spotify and still hear all the sounds around me. So much safer than ear buds.

Ich finde es toll wenn der fahrradhelm auf deutsch Quatschen/ reden könnte und nicht zwischen durch labert auf englisch und ist der fahrradhelm auch wasserdicht so das man ihn beim starken Regen benutzen kann ohne das was in der Elektrotechnik läuft ?
