The coach is very attentive to my treatment and the exercises helped me with my pain, i recommend ### 1/5 — Exercises without direction *2025-07-30* I was sent seven exercises, but without instructions on how to do those exercises. When I clicked on what I thought would be instructions it checked off that exercise and moved me to the next one.
