I was sent seven exercises, but without instructions on how to do those exercises. When I clicked on what I thought would be instructions it checked off that exercise and moved me to the next one. I tried asking in a chat for direction and got nothing.

**Developer response:** Hello! We're sorry that you're experiencing issues with your exercises, as all exercises should have instructions. Coaches will reply your chats within 2 business days.

The customer service is responsive and helpful. The coach is very attentive to my treatment and the exercises helped me with my pain, i recommend
