With each month with Livble is has been one thing after the next. Livble doesn’t debit from your bank account quickly like the Flex app. (Flex debits within 24 hours if not quicker) so needless to say I needed up paying $25 in returned fees when I went to the store the next day not realizing it took at least 2 days to clear. Flex being is so fast to debit your account, I made the stupid assumption that all the split rent apps did the same. The time constraints are also a headache too. (Processing between 2-3pm) Be careful when considering Livble. SMH ### 1/5 — Reconnect your Bank *2026-08-02, version 3.143.12* In April 2026 the app worked fine. In June 2026 the app changed and forces you to reconnect your bank over and over again. Money sat in acct for 8 days before scheduled payment still getting error of reconnect your bank whether you pay on the app or the computer. Then the app freezes and does nothing. It’s the real definition of insanity. Kinda weird since the app pings your bank 7x each day everyday until draft day. Sad. ### 1/5 — Pointless app *2026-08-01, version 3.143.12* They don’t have at least half the rent portals loaded so you can find how you use to pay your rent through. This app is a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Complete Scam *2026-08-01* Complete scam of an app I only signed up for Livble because it was listed as a payment option on The Commodore apartment portal so I could space out the rent. I never moved in. Circumstances changed and I decided to stay where I’m at. I paid the July rent in good faith when I still planned on moving. The second I knew I wasn’t going, I contacted the property manager, they relisted the unit, and I immediately tried to cancel the upcoming August payment through Livble. There is literally no option in the app to cancel a rent payment or stop the plan. Trying to cancel the account doesn’t work either. I emailed their support multiple times and got the same useless AI response every time saying the payment “cannot be canceled or reversed by our team.” No actual human ever replied. They’re still trying to pull money for an apartment I never lived in and that has already been relisted. This app is a trap. Once you’re in, they lock the payment and ignore you. Absolute garbage service. I’m disputing the charge with my bank the moment they try to take it. Do not use Livble. Now I’m planning on paying Julys rent and it says I can’t because I don’t have enough money going through my account!!! As long as my bill is paid that should not matter.
