This is such an AMAZING app, and I love it! It has helped me make good choices to improve my health and I love earning rewards!

This app has been a fun way to engage my son in making healthier choices. The system of tokens and rewards is really motivating, and we have enjoyed working on the goals as a family. Would recommend for anyone trying to encourage their children to eat a little healthier and move a little more!

This is a great goal-setting tool for kids! We really liked all of the different activity ideas. The kids were really excited to earn tokens for meeting their goals, and I didn’t feel like I was nagging them as much.
