Today , despite updating , the dash board is not working properly.Makes it impossible to use. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-08-24, version 4.2.0* This app is absolutely useless. Aldar schools cancelled all schools portals and replaced it with this app to inform parents with students and classes updates which never actually give any thing. We had to ask to see our son’s end of year report many times by phone and mails until we eventually were able to receivbit. Customer support is never helpful, no matter how many times we call them or the school, nothing works. Doesn’t allow UAE Pass login and doesn’t allow registration via email. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — How is this the interface for a multi million dirham property? *2026-08-03* Aldar is now driving residents to use this clunky and unresponsive app now that the yas acres communities are fully handed over. Honestly, the app needs to have two complete separate functions- marketing the latest Aldar project, and a separate service oriented portal for current owners. If I have an extra million or two laying around, I can get yet another harassing call from a real estate agent. But if theres a strange strange noise at night, emanating from an unknown source, I have to submit video evidence and attempt to find the issue in a drop down that covers about ten issues. This was clearly never beta tested by anyone, and frankly is nearly worthless if attempting to get actual service on your unit. Aldar, you have the money.
