Downloaded for beach hut access for start of season, but the app just doesn’t work. From not being able to create an account (you can only create an account if you are buying a gym membership), to the hut access booking apparently costing £1000 (???), this app is entirely pointless and the developers should be ashamed of themselves for being happy to publish it.

To access council funded leisure centre you have to book via this inept company and their utter farce of a tech system.  If this isn’t corruption it’s a complete failure to service taxpayers.

A lesson in how not to design or make an app. No real functionality. Can’t log in, can’t book, links that don’t work.

Downloaded to book swimming. Only club option is discovery park, can’t find any others and won’t allow me to log in with my account details so just redirects me to the website to book! Might as well have gone straight there. Waste of time!

The app looks good but the bookings don’t work for Tides Leisure. Try looking for sports hall activities. The app (&website) are slow to come back with the few types of activities that can be done in the hall. Select one and try and book and it takes ages just spinning and then times out. 
After being unsuccessful many times I just phone up the leisure centre and they book for me and I can then see my booking in the app. 
So the app doesn’t work for bookings. Please can you fix this?

Its a good idea when developing apps is that they work!
Does not find my local centre. Nothing that’s in the preview is available in the app. A complete waste of time.
