Helpful when works, but lately it is slow/does not log in, dos NOT remember info even if turned on, and does not load information even after several refreshes. It seems to do this every update of the app

This app is helpful for maintenance requests, but it could be improved. It would be great if the event calendar and announcements section were regularly updated (ex. with the events sent by email). It would also help if the app provided updates on pending maintenance requests instead of having to call the leasing office for status updates.

I wish this app had an option to have like a bulletin board for tenants so they can offer furniture, help with pets, questions.
