Die Idee hinter der App ist grundsätzlich vielversprechend, und ich war anfangs wirklich gespannt auf die Möglichkeiten, die sie im Zusammenspiel mit der Kamera bieten sollte. Leider hat sich die anfängliche Begeisterung recht schnell gelegt.

In der praktischen Anwendung erweist sich die App leider als alles andere als zuverlässig. Die Verbindung zur Kamera ist extrem instabil – sie bricht regelmäßig und ohne erkennbaren Grund ab, was die Nutzung unnötig erschwert und in vielen Momenten einfach frustrierend macht. Besonders problematisch ist das, wenn man sich in Situationen befindet, in denen man auf eine funktionierende Verbindung angewiesen ist, etwa beim Einfangen flüchtiger Momente.

Darüber hinaus kommt es immer wieder zu spürbaren Verzögerungen in der Übertragung. Die App reagiert träge, und selbst einfache Aktionen wie das Wechseln zwischen Menüs oder das Ansehen von Aufnahmen laufen nicht flüssig. In einigen Fällen war es mir gar nicht möglich, Bilder oder Videos von der Kamera auf mein Smartphone zu übertragen – ein eigentlich zentraler Bestandteil der App, der leider nicht zuverlässig funktioniert.

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass in zukünftigen Updates mehr Wert auf Stabilität und Benutzerfreundlichkeit gelegt wird. In der aktuellen Version fällt es mir leider schwer, die App im Alltag sinnvoll zu nutzen. Die Funktionen, die versprochen werden, sind in der Theorie überzeugend – in der Praxis aber leider kaum nutzbar.

It’s been many years with my camera and this app and the developer hasn’t seemed to fix the issue. My camera won’t connect with my phone because of the apps problems. Don’t bother purchasing unless they fix the app.

Is there a rating less than 1? I could resonate with everyone on the review section expect for 1 person Curly fries or whatever. Am sure that person is part of the app development team! No joke, how can 1 enjoy this app unless you are not high on something? Grow up and bring out the truth. To the app development team : please take this app out of app store to stop getting humiliated anymore. Ironically, I see an update on this app that it has bug fixes 4 weeks ago. Royal scam!!!! My app crashes every-time I click the connect button. And what on earth is ‘Go to references’????? Seriously, why are you wasting our time by having this app’s presence here in app store?

Have they shut it down? Wi-Fi is not connecting I knew it last year 2024 it’s a good CTV camera it stays on the screen but now I can’t get the Wi-Fi connected please can anyone help thanks why isn’t this not working? They need to fix it. The Wi-Fi does not connect either.

I have had the camera for this app, for a few years now, maybe like 4, and it’s never not worked. I have always been able to use my phone to download videos, through the camera, it works fine for the price of product and free app, stop complaining. Good stuff 👍 to me

If you don’t put your phone/tablet into airplane mode (WiFi on) you won’t connect to the camera… They could advise this in the mini settings screen on the app.
It was worth less than one star but I may have a good day and as I finally figured out how to do it, I will give it my fiver
