They're very sincere and on point with their readings. In a specific reading, the psychic I got a reading from mentioned something about myself that I didn't even tell her. During this time I was going through a heartbreak and I got the answer that I didn't want to hear, however it ended up being a positive reading because she gave me so much information I needed to know plus that there was hope for love and happiness for me. But your live chat person saying it's my connection when I NEVER had this issue before until recently and I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. Didn't get me free credits I'm disappointed 😞 I was supposed to get credits for reviewing this app. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE APP - NO FUNCTIONALITY *2015-07-06, version 3.11* I used to use Oranum online via their emulate website and found a couple of psychics that are pretty accurate. However, their website seems to be messed up now, forcing users into this app. The problem is the app has 10% of the functionality that the website does. It only allows you to participate in live chats and add more money to your account, period. It doesn't let you search for psychics who aren't live and online. You can't access previous emails/messages readings that you already paid for. You can't send and receive email readings. You can't view details and rates for your favorite psychics. You can't access ANYTHING that was actually on the website. I feel ripped off because I have remaining credits that I can't use the way that I want. I can't even search and locate my favorite psychic via this app. Skip this one! Oh, by the way, I found ,y favorite psychic on her Oranum FB page and her rates have quadrupled since a few years ago. Honestly, nobody should be paying $500 or more for an hour session or over $200 for 15 minutes!!! This site was once pretty good. They are definitely taking advantage of people now. ### 1/5 — Feel drained *2014-11-15, version 3.11* I have dabbled in some New Age myself and always get an immediate sense when a clairvoyant is in it for the money and not genuine. I was hoping the good reviews meant Oranum had been well established as a trusted source of psychic advice. Sadly that hasn't been my experience. I came away only feeling that my pockets were drained. The lowest amount of credits you can purchase is $30. For my first time, I got about 4 minutes worth of the advisor typing generalized repetitive advice sentences in broken English. I gave it another chance. This second psychic had a higher credit rate per minute yet seemed popular. Problem is, she wanted to go to private before I typed out my situation. With the next $30, I literally got about 2 minutes, and all there was time for was for her to pull out one tarot card. There may be advisors who manage the time better and have better rates, but at this point with $60 down the drain I can't afford to explore that. Very disappointed. If you're going to do this please make sure you read the bios first for the rates, and be sure you talk about your situation in free chat before dropping any money. ### 1/5 — No different than previous version *2013-08-05, version 3.0* I download this in hopes that it was way more improved than the first app they came out with. No, definitely not. First, the app is really slow still. Second, the "back" buttons at the top are still invisible. Third, you can't add credit no matter how many times you click on the amount of money you want to purchase. Fourth, it crashes constantly. And fifth, it freezes all the time to the point where I have to reset my phone. Ridiculous! They claim the app is working just perfectly on their end and I just need to uninstall and reinstall it but that doesn't solve anything. If they updated the app like they say they did, shouldn't that update get sent to apple for approval so us users can download the update?
