## What is Live Expert Studio?

Live Expert Studio for iOS provides a comprehensive suite of tools necessary to provide a superior video chat customer service experience.

With Live Expert Studio, agents receive inbound video calls based on Live Expert’s patented skill-based call routing system. Once connected, agent and customer can share content or co-browse, conduct multi-party sessions, or transfer live video calls to other agents.  Agents can also make outbound calls to customers, other associates or partners.
 
Live Expert Studio is designed to serve all industries, including healthcare, retail, financial, services, and remote equipment and technical support.
