I have used multiple sober apps over the past 10 years. It is the least overwhelming or confusing while prioritizing what I need most to stay sober. I love the daily readings & I can find meetings in my rural area no one else in my community has.

The Live Free app truly feels like a little sober companion in my pocket. I love opening it each day to see the visual reminder of why I’m doing this—it’s such a simple feature, but it’s incredibly motivating.

The daily readings, affirmations, and practice prompts are always relevant and seem to meet me exactly where I am in my recovery. They help keep me grounded and focused, even on the hard days.

I also love that it doesn’t just track my sober time—it shows how much money I’m saving too, which is such a powerful reminder of how recovery is changing my life in so many ways.

If you’re looking for a recovery app that offers encouragement, accountability, and daily inspiration, I can’t recommend Live Free enough.
